2. This website

This policy covers jaganod.studio, which introduces Jaganod Studio and the game Tillow. There are no accounts, purchases, contact forms or newsletter subscriptions. We use no analytics or advertising trackers. Images, fonts and scripts are served with the website; no external videos or Steam widgets are embedded.

3. Hosting and technical access data

GitHub Pages, provided by GitHub, Inc., USA, hosts this website. Visits involve processing IP addresses, requested URLs, timestamps and technical browser information to deliver content and secure the service. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, our legitimate interest in an available and secure website.

We keep no visitor logs of our own. Provider retention depends on purpose and legal obligations; its general policy gives no fixed deletion period for Pages access data. GitHub describes international processing and safeguards in its Privacy Statement.

4. Cloudflare DNS

Cloudflare, Inc., USA, operates the authoritative nameservers for our domain. DNS lookups may involve the requested domain, timestamp and requesting DNS resolver’s IP address. This website currently uses no Cloudflare web proxy. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, our interest in reliable availability. Processing, retention and international transfers are described in Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy.

5. Email contact

If you email us, we process your sender address, message, attachments and technical delivery data to handle your enquiry. Our email provider is Fastmail Pty Ltd, Australia. Contact is voluntary; we need a return address to reply.

The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (our interest in handling enquiries), or Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for contractual enquiries. The retention period depends on how long correspondence is needed to handle the enquiry, meet statutory retention duties, or establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

Fastmail describes international transfers and standard contractual clauses in its Privacy Policy. Using European mail servers does not in itself exclude processing outside the EEA.

6. Cookies and browser storage

Our website sets no cookies and stores no settings in localStorage or sessionStorage. Your language is determined by the German or English page URL. Gallery display settings exist only temporarily while the page is open. Your browser may cache public files to speed up loading.

7. External links and Steam

Wishlist buttons are ordinary links to the Steam store. Simply visiting this website does not load Steam content; we host the logo ourselves. When you follow a link, the destination’s privacy information applies, including Valve’s Privacy Policy for Steam.

8. Transfers outside the EEA

The providers listed above may process data outside the European Economic Area. GitHub and Cloudflare describe the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses as safeguards; Fastmail refers in particular to standard contractual clauses. See the linked provider policies for details and information about safeguards. You may also contact us about these matters.

9. Your rights

Subject to the statutory conditions, you have rights of access (Article 15 GDPR), rectification (Article 16), erasure (Article 17), restriction (Article 18) and data portability (Article 20). Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it for the future.

Right to object: Under Article 21 GDPR, you may object to processing based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR on grounds relating to your particular situation. Contact the email address above to exercise your rights.

You may complain to a data protection authority, particularly where you live, work or where the alleged infringement occurred. The authority for North Rhine-Westphalia is the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information North Rhine-Westphalia.

10. Security and changes

The published website uses HTTPS encryption. We do not make automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects and do not carry out profiling. We update this policy when the website or its services change.
